Sustainability in Village Greenes Marlton NJ

So I go to introduce sustainable lawn care practices in my HOA-controlled Active Adult community of Village Greenes in Marlton, NJ. I invited a representative from the NJ Environmental Federation to come and speak to the Maintenance Committee on the sustainable practice of IPM - Integrated Pest Management. And guess what? The old guys (not to be ageist - I'm married to a lovable old guy) go You Can't Do That...You Can't Just Go Introducing New Things Like That. Get this: This codger on the Board actually emailed me and said "I thought you had experience in the Business World". Too funny. I'm like, Dude, it appears you have been out of the Business World for some time. When I was in the Business World, I was rewarded quite handsomely for taking initiative. Of course, in this old guy's Business World, women were secretaries and didn't solicit bids from anyone except the tampon vendor for the Ladies Room.
